  • Founder

    CEO Diversity & Inclusion Strategist

[Focus] Workplace strategy + Executive Coaching

I have shaped my life around creating inclusive spaces. As a Black woman from the South, the world isn’t checking for me. I had to do this work for myself first, but I have been able to codify it for others. I have leveraged my experiences for this project. I have the real-world application of founding, advocating, and organizing spaces. I keep equity and inclusion at the forefront and used it as the research basis of my Master’s degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My current projects keep me grounded in the work. I have won awards for the specific lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion that I have brought to many organizations. I look forward to helping you do the same with your team. Let’s work together.

  • COO Diversity & Inclusion Strategist [Focus] Trauma-Informed Systems

Being a mother to 3 young Black children, I plan to create a better world for them. Being an educator in some of the most disenfranchised communities has not only taught me to open my ears and heart to those who are often left out of the conversation but also to do something about it.

I have experience in professional development design and facilitation, leadership coaching, school leadership, teaching, special education, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work, and curriculum writing. I have also studied and taught trauma-sensitive systems while currently learning healing-centered engagement. Not only do I want to teach people about the effects of trauma, but I also want to help those dealing with systematic and generational trauma develop positive ways to overcome it.

  • Operations & Communication

Maya Angelou once said, “In diversity, there is beauty and strength.” I have lived by this throughout my life as I advocated for marginalized communities and a more equitable world. Our work is essential as our future vitality depends on our ability to make equitable, inclusive, and diverse spaces in all sectors of life for all people. Thus far, my work has ranged from diversity initiatives on college campuses to facilitating discussions on inclusion and strategies to get there. I am excited to see our team's impact on making your space more diverse, inclusive, and equitable.
