At the Pivotal Paradigm Project, we believe the existing paradigm can be shifted through deliberate interventions grounded in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As organizations being making an effort to elevate their workplace environment - increasing diverse representation throughout all organizational levels, increasing equity, and tactically committing to inclusion - they become dynamic leaders within their industries.

In this moment, workplaces lack inclusivity and operate in a larger system that perpetuates systemic issues which affect every part of our lives. To overcome this, we must understand that we cannot, and will not, succeed in a diverse society while working in isolation.

At the Pivotal Paradigm Project, we are prepared to work in partnership with your team to find solutions to make your workplace inclusive. We accomplish this by leaning heavily into our grounding values and approaching our work authentically. In our partnership, we will show up as learners and position ourselves, not as experts, but as guides to your own personal enlightenment.

We expect our partners to approach this journey openly and welcoming a change. Organizational shifts can only occur if each person buys into becoming a radically inclusive space. Transparency is a must and together we must name things explicitly. It is here that we begin our work.

Organizations that have been operating without inclusion must build restoration and trust before anti-racist work can begin.

The planting stage. Before any seeds are planted, there must be fertile ground and research around proper methods of success. We take the same care with your organization to ensure we are creating long term solutions for your workplace culture.

Stage 2- Training & Transparency

A stage of cultivation. During phase two we are tailoring each item to fit your organization’s needs. Phase 2 is immersive, allowing us to spend time directly with staff members making commitments that show your organization is invested in long term change.

Stage 3 - Systems for Sustained Culture & Climate

Stage 3 can be looked at as a harvest, but remember that harvest is only seasonal. The work done in phase 3 will prime the organization for many more seasons of harvest and keep the soil rich with the hard work done this season.
